this thing appears to only be a series of flashcards. It does not allow one to give answers, it does not give you a score at the end. it is simply questions and then flashes you with answers. is not like the computer version at all.

As much as the apps for the written are really good and helped me a lot to pass my written, this one is trying to surf on the wave of the written apps.

Crashes every time
Every time I try to open this app I get a database failure error, the app resolves it, but then shuts itself down. I am using an Ipad 2 64 g. Awful app. Don't waste time or money.

IFR Checkride Oral Exam
Every time I go to use the program I get a database failure message, and then I have to reload the app. App runs okay for a few days and then same error again. Needs to be fixed.
Also agree with previous poster regarding flagged questions.

Flagged questions feature unreliable
Lots if questions to review but the app will randomly delete flagged questions. Its terrible to go through 1000+ questions and have 100 marked questions get wiped out.
Very good IFR prep
The amount of questions in these apps is amazing. Much better than the thin Asa booklets. I have a few students who fly sr22s and like how this app covers technically advanced aircraft systems in addition to standard aircraft. The coverage of fir material here is comprehensive and well organized.
