App doesn’t work today. Has worked previously but was always glitchy.
Outdated banking app.
This app does the job but it’s very outdated banking app. Clunky feel. The secure message concept is a redundant service which has zero value add and is frustrating to use. Why do you need to keep signing messages with LuxTrust and username / pass. Simple emails does wonders.
Please take a look at other banking apps like revolut or any other UK banking apps as they are all so intuitive.

Poor app, poor service. Will change soon
Writing this review does not even work. I can’t see what I am writing. No transfer can be done during weekends. Secured messages that I send get lost. Calls that I made are not recorded or no history exist.. I am so disappointed!!

App does not work on iphone xs max
Don’t think it was tested on all smartphones. Hopefully this will be resolved soon as I used to use the app often but now that I upgraded my phone, I can’t log on.

Doesn not work on my iPhone X
Since the last update, the app no longer works on my iPhone X. The app starts and shows the startup screen but pressing on “Access my contracts” doesn’t do anything.
