Inconvenient Language Settings
This app is very frustrating and inconvenient to use because I have to change the language from French to English every time I log in. This recurring issue has made the user experience less than satisfactory. Despite numerous attempts to set the preferred language to English, it seems that the app does not retain the selection, forcing me to go through the language change process repeatedly. This inconsistency and lack of functionality not only wastes my time but also reflects poorly on the overall usability and quality of the app. It is essential for the bank to address this issue promptly and provide a seamless language selection feature for a more user-friendly experience.Show lessDeveloper Response

I have been in three different countries and worked with many banks (+8). This app is by far the worst. It constantly throws errors - it doesn’t provide you enough information on the fees before you take an action. It doesn’t even show you the currency exchange rate when you exchange!!!
I literally think of changing my bank due to this poor app. Note that, don’t expect that the web banking is any better!Show lessAwful
