    Start date for 12 month subscription only started in 4 months time with no warning
  • Best keep your money.

    Had no end of problems and currently still unable to read the publication due to an error script! Customer Service somewhat lacking. The interface from what I can see is poor. Asked for a refund but nothing happened as yet. Just the same standard stock email sent to me, didn’t offer any constructive advice on how to resolve the login issues.

    I love the content in this magazine but wish website links were actually linked to the associated websites.
  • Can’t view the majority of my purchases

    I have been subscribing via the app and despite phoning and emailing both Apple and the magazine several times, they have never dealt with it. Effectively they have stolen my money and there is nothing I can do about it. Beware.

  • Search for features would be good

    The app loaded fine after some initial confusion, I would have liked to see the ability to search articles like for example on the Which app. Would have given 5 stars for fully interactive publication.
  • No content, no support

    As others have reported, I paid £25 for a year’s subscription. I have received no acknowledgement of that payment and no information as to how to log into the app to access any content. Very shabby service, and totally unacceptable from what I used to regard as a quality publication.
  • Content OK Customer Service Appalling

    Think twice before you give these people your money. I have bought several items from them. Some simply do not load (on a new iPad) The advice you will receive is to “re-install your purchases.” It did not work and despite requests I heard nothing further. I also bought a year’s subscription and did not get access to that year’s magazines. When I queried it I was told to - guess what? “reinstall my purchases.” Again this did not fix the problem. Customer Service apparently is ONLY for the printed version. If you want to read it on your iPad you will have no customer service. They have my money and they don’t appear to be even slightly concerned that I don’t have their magazine.

  • A WEALTH OF UP-TO-DATE KNOWLEDGE

    We're planning on a home extension in the Spring of next year (2015), and I've come back time and again for inspirational ideas. Never disappointed!
  • Useless! I have been robbed

    All previous downloads have gone and cannot download the latest even though my subscription has been taken. Given the number of users reporting the same problem, it is disgraceful that Centaur Media have not even acknowledged this. I was 50/50 on whether to continue anyway as content is poor but this has made my mind up. Subscription cancelled.
