Despite the constant updates this app performs poorly. In recent times it delinked my device (Apple Watch) and subsequently lost data for that week. Have to manually update my exercise as it doesn’t appear to sync automatically anymore. Also crashes on a relatively regular basis. Fyi I’m using an iPhone 16pro

App Integration is not great at all.

The integration between the medical aid app and the banking app is not great at all. Why move active rewards to a banking app. Reward shows on the medical app but cannot claim as it’s not visible on the banking app. Turn around time to solve the issue is another 3 - 5 days. Should of just kept the rewards separate to the banking app :(

It’s come a long way but could still be better

The app does A LOT if you are a Discovery Vitality member, so kudos for building in so much functionality.

It always been pretty slow. Not sure how to fix that given all it does, but anyway it’s a thing.

I’d like to see things like favorite rewards so I don’t have to tap through so many screens just to redeem a coffee…and which I can access quickly once I’m in Active Rewards.

Keep up the great work. :)

Usability is shocking

Like most of Discovery’s interfaces (apart from their banking app), usability is shocking.

You can do a lot with this app, but good luck finding your way around. As an example: it’s been years that I’ve been using it but I still am rarely able to claim rewards and use vouchers when I need them. It’s so deeply hidden within the interface that I have to figure it out from scratch each time. Mostly I just give up.

This App is not user friendly, very glitchy and does not upload my workouts.

App gives issues when retrieving vouchers

Overall I’m a massive fan of Discovery. I think what they do for South African society is amazing and the entrepreneurial excellence behind this company is incredible. But… Every time I get to a Mugg and bean to buy a coffee with a voucher, the app glitches in some way. It either doesn’t load the voucher, or loads 2 vouchers, or it won’t log in at all. It can be very frustrating when you’re in a rush. And even more frustrating when this happens more than 50% of the time.

Update desperately needed

Do you do any sort of bug testing?

App needs some serious work. Doesn’t update workouts until open and resubmit permissions form every single time!!!

Worst app out there

Nothing works. Can’t find anything. Dysfunctional. You can’t even call the user interface, a user interface. Full of bugs. Shocking. Only reason I am giving a 1 star, is because I could not go to zero. Do better.
