Functional, but needs improved Watch compatibility.
Streamlined and functional, this app works great on the iPhone, but needs Watch improvements. It needs a stronger haptic alarm for its Watch functionality, I have my haptic alert maxed out and I barely feel it when the timer goes off. I don't know what the setting for haptic alerts is with this app, but it is much to low.Show lessMr. Perry
Phone app works; watch app issues

Doesn't work with activity app
Thought this was a good idea. Started my indoor run on the activity app on the Iwatch then turned the SIT app on after 15 mins. When the intervals were over I went back to the activity app only to find the indoor run was stopped when the interval tracker started. So 45 minutes of interval training is recorded nowhere! I've been using this app for 3 years now. It's excellent for interval training. It's as it says, simple. Love the fact that it runs in the background while I listen to music. It is the perfect app for guiding an interval based workout.ZeroXnothinG

Love that I can use this app independently on my watch! Very user friendly and I love not having to involve my phone. Settings are very easy to adjust on both the watch and the phone.The spin stops here
