Perfect simple interval timer
My iWatch only goes up to WatchOS8 so I can’t get the new built in interval timer on the Apple running app. But that problem is solved by this great simple interval timer. It is perfect for my needs, which is a once per week sprinting session of 14 one minute runs as hard as you can go interspersed with one minute breaks. I do not need anything more complicated than this. Simple to use, this is a great piece of work by the app developer.Show lessAndy J. Duncan

Actually Free, Works Great!
I’ve been getting into running recently, and use this to keep track of my running/walking intervals. The best thing about it - it’s ACTUALLY free! Sure, there are ads, but they don’t interrupt anything, they’re just in a banner at the top. Which I’d much rather put up with than have to pay for a monthly subscription like most apps these days. Simple and effective
Perfect app to time interval running. Treadmill or outdoors it simply lets you set an action time, a rest time and a number or repeats. Each section is accompanied with an audible and visual cue. Does exactly what it says.Intervaltp
