Works well but could be better!
App works pretty smooth on my iPhone and I love the UI. However there could be improvements on the filters (you can’t choose both spicy and vegetarian, and also vegan options should be included in the vegetarian options), and choose your store without entering address. Would be good to also be able to “name” the addresses. Also the payment menu doesn’t let you add a card, you have to add it when you checkout.

Allow ability to view stored payment details and choose default settings
The app works well and we use it often. The reason it gets three stars is that there doesn’t seem to be any ability to view full information on stored payment methods. When our debit card expired our bank simply replaced it with a new card that had the exact same number but a new expiration date. I can’t see enough info to figure out which is the old card to delete. It would also be great if the app didn’t automatically default to pick-up, but instead asked you to choose your preferred setting. I’d prefer delivery every time and have been caught out a couple times when dealing with kiddos and other distractions. I ended up having to call the store and make a seperate payment because there’s no ability to edit your order within a certain window of time. These changes would make a good app even better.

Exceptional
I ordered pizza with this app tonight. It's above and beyond. Initially, I thought the design would be crummy, but the theme really completes the Hell theme - nicely done. It would be cool if you guys had a credits page, I'd like to know who the artists were! Awesome app!

Had this problem several times and now will not use the app. You order and pay for the pizza....then you get told the wait time. Twice 2 hours or more on ordinary evenings.

You cannot choose a store by town or location, you have to enter your address and if they don’t deliver you cannot choose a store to order from.

Buggier than Beelzebub
This app is such a piece of junk - crashes all the time, takes your money as it crashes and doesn't submit an order to the franchise, and then crashes again because it hates itself almost as much as you hate it. Not good at all.
Bad payment system
Enter card details correctly and receive a pop up saying payment was declined before being charged. Had to check bank account to ensure payment was made so very easy to pay multiple times without knowing
