Reviews of PocketEMA

  • So Bad

Literally this app is so bad. It is completely limited to the point of being worthless. I can’t edit anything, access imaging. What is the point of this? Either make it equivalent to the iPad version or just scrap the whole thing.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We're sorry to learn about your experience. We are always looking to improve our product experience and your feedback is helpful.
  • Constant bugs

Terrible terrible app. There seems to be no staff manning this app at all. The charting system itself has its fair share of errors and poor upkeep but the app is on a whole other level. You cannot even search a patient anymore without the app crashing when you try to enter 3-4 characters of a patient’s name, MR #, or DOB. The face recognition software is also garbage. Do yourself a favor and avoid this app at all costs.

    Developer Response

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear about your experience but really appreciate you bringing this issue to our attention.
  • Incomplete

I feel like tasks have to be included in the app. Our practice uses those way more than intramail and I was hoping to be able to catch up on work on the go.
Another thing is inability to attach a document in Attachments. Photos is the last thing that should be offered. Instead it is the ONLY one. Make it make sense.
