When you log in, you get a blank blue screen (although it’s a nice shade of blue, thus thus the 2 star rating). You have to uninstall then reinstall it every one or two weeks if you want it to work.Developer Response
Hi Carl...thanks for this information. We did recently run into some Log In issues which was causing reinstalls to be more frequently needed as described, which we had hoped was resolved with the update to 10.1.2 build. We have a broken product because of our custom environment and our lack of leadership to follow change control - so this product is what it is for us… but this review is mor for the support we’re receiving than anything else at this point. Why have a “send diagnostic/logs” option if you’re still making my providers do all the troubleshooting work and jumping through hoops???Show lessDeveloper Response
I am sorry the support has been less than expected. The app diagnostics/logs only show our engineering team so much that has happened, requiring us to try other troubleshooting sometimes.
