  • Buggy

    When you log in, you get a blank blue screen (although it’s a nice shade of blue, thus thus the 2 star rating). You have to uninstall then reinstall it every one or two weeks if you want it to work.

We did recently run into some Log In issues which was causing reinstalls to be more frequently needed as described, which we had hoped was resolved with the update to 10.1.2 build.   • Frustrating product

    We have a broken product because of our custom environment and our lack of leadership to follow change control - so this product is what it is for us… but this review is mor for the support we’re receiving than anything else at this point. Why have a “send diagnostic/logs” option if you’re still making my providers do all the troubleshooting work and jumping through hoops???

    I am sorry the support has been less than expected. The app diagnostics/logs only show our engineering team so much that has happened, requiring us to try other troubleshooting sometimes.   • Mobile better then desktop

    The Mobile version is far superior to the desktop version which rarely gets any good updates.

  • Unstable

    Of all the Apps I’ve used in my lifetime this one is the most unstable. I have to delete and reload several times a week. Sometimes twice in a day. It is slow and sometimes the functions don’t appear and when they do they are slow despite strong WiFi connection. Just all around very disappointing

  • What were you thinking?

    I need to use it multiple times a day, and besides being slow ,annoying and incomplete data wise, it also tends to not load often and repeatedly

  • App keeps timing out.

    After ending pin the screen goes blank and then won't log in. If I delete the entire app and redownload it works for 2 days and then same
    Issue.

  • You can’t see a schedule

    Even if you select the “resource” it won’t show the schedule and shows “no resource” selected. Pretty useless to look at a schedule away from the office.

  • Search option

    It’s almost impossible to find my patients using the search option. It was much better before the update.

  • Too slow

    I cannot get anything to upload! If it worked fast and accurately it would be a great app!

  • App crashing

    Since updating to the newest version, I am getting very frequent app crashing. Usually right after the app launches. Sometimes after trying to run D2D. Have restarted phone several times. Phone is otherwise updated. On iPhone 15 pro max. Please fix reliability.
