Excellent
Well adapted to the use of the practitioners, new features are very useful and the only thing I miss is the most frequently used fax numbers that used to be offered automatically before one has to search the address book. Also, more direct entry into the edges book would be helpful not to mention redaction of the edges book in terms of deletion of our updated numbers,, ability to label some faxes as useless (destinations that are part of the data package in facilities, not real faxes – names and numbers that need rerouting.). Thank you! recommended to numerous people.Show lessMy review of Doximity
I have to say that Doximity is an amazing resource. The dialing App allows me to contact patients without compromising my personal cell phone. I can also send a voicemail or text without worrying about over aggressive patients calling me repeatedly after capturing my private info. This resource was a Godsend during the Pandemic.
Doximity has also allowed me to reconnect to my colleagues from College, Medical School, Internship, Residency and Fellowship. During our journey as Physicians we encounter so many amazing people, a lot who move away from us. Doximity helped me to reconnect with so many friends I had lost contact with.
In the end, all I can say is, Thank You!Show lessVery helpful but could use some programming on the back end
The dialer which allows video conferencing, or telephone calls from your office number is extremely useful! Same with the ability to send directly to voicemail. This is great for a simple messages that I don’t want to have a long discussion about. However, certain things could be fine tuned. I don’t see the reason for you need to ask me each time I cut and paste a phone number if it’s OK to allow access. You could get rid of that! Likewise, for the articles, there are multiple clicks that it takes to get to any single article. You can’t just click on a title and go directly to the article. It’s kind of frustrating. The fax machine, I’m not sure why you have that. Everyone has their own electronic fax or real fax these days. I don’t use it, but if others find it helpful, fine.Show lessDeveloper Response
Hi there, thank you so much for your thoughtful review of the Doximity app. We're glad to hear that you find the dialer and voicemail features extremely useful. Regarding the paste issue, please note that Apple does not allow us to suppress this prompt. However, there is a user-friendly setting on your phone that can do the trick. Here's how you can address the paste prompt: 1. Go to Settings. 2. Scroll down to the Doximity app. 3. Select "Paste from Other Apps" and change it to "Allow." If you have any other suggestions or concerns, please feel free to let us know. You can always contact us at support@doximity.com as well. Thank you for your support!
