  • It’s useless

    The app has no instructions and does not function as advertised. You cannot connect with out mainframe, send medications or perform any of the functions that the office computer can accomplish. It only shows patient lists

    Hi jsretina, I would love to connect with you to sort out your issues and check into your permissions for Mobile. On the Mobile Free version you can send medications- regular and controlled substances, assuming proper permissions are enabled. We have the ability to do many things without the computer-Tasking, Signing Docs, Scanning documents to chart, creating a new encounter, PAQ review & signoff.     Can’t see reason for visit or do much

    Hello TS 1322, thank you for the review. Currently, If you swipe left on the appointment cell, you will see the Additional Details screen which will show you the Details section of the appointment, if populated by staff. We are also undergoing a redesign of the Schedule screen which will make the Reason for Visit easily available on the schedule view.   • Needs more

    Would prefer to be able to dictate a note through the app. Would want to be able to send a direct portal message to the patient from the app with regards to their lab results.

    Hello Dr. M. Tal, The app does allow e-prescribing with the proper configurations. I would appreciate the ability to connect with you to rectify whatever is preventing you from being able to e-prescribe & find your patients.   • Lacks access to critical documents

    Not user friendly and there is quite a bit of documentation you can not access on the app. I guess something is better than nothing but it is disappointing. Mirroring the Home Screen would be a much better approach.
