  • Leaves a lot to be desired - never up to date

    It never loads in time or is up to date with my actual schedule.

  • Nickel and dime

    An app in todays world is the cost of doing business. Not for nextgen. In addition to the tens of thousands of dollars for standard EHR they charge extra for every useful detail in their app.

  • New upgrade is a disaster

    This tool has been outstanding for my practice. In regards to Dictation. The update that happened last week is a total failure. I hope they will recognize this and go back to the previous version as this one is horrible

  • Useful add-on

    NextGen mobile is a useful add-on to the desktop EHR platform and is very user friendly. I like being able to add photos to patient charts, but I do hope to be able to crop photos in a future version.

  • Worst ap

    This app is terrible…clunky, kicks you off randomly, way too complicated to perform simple tasks.

I looked at your clinic and do see that you do not have the NG API installed, which does limit the functionality available to you on Mobile. This API installation is free.     If one can’t access all patients, it’s not useful!

  • Just plain bad

    Once I finally logged in successfully, which requires a different login protocol from the web-based version (why is that?) it identified me as a different person to begin a preference setting session and yet it does have me when looking under account tab.

    No ability to write telephone messages on call or to complete any charting.
