  • Garbage in Garbage out

    As the decrepit compliment to their wretched EHR, the developers continue on their journey to lower the bar for crap software and worse support. I am one of the unfortunate physicians who are trapped by management decisions to use their EHR and now to how to use this crap app.
  • Amazing app!!!

    This app is really amazing and functionality is too good and effective i love this app have been using since 2 years i fall in love with this it is very very easy and useful for providers to get things done very quickly.
  • Expert at Taking Your Money

    NextGen has always disappointed and they have ALWAYS charged too much for their service. Watch your statements and argue EVERYTHING that doesn’t make sense. If you haven’t yet made a choice on your new EMR, I recommend that you look elsewhere.
  • Time saver!

    So much easier to answer questions while on call!

    I love being able to send a quick script to a pharmacy and clear out my PAQ. Saves so much time when back at the office!
  • Frankly, Terrible

    This App is worse than useless. In theory it offers lots of clinical information from the patient record. However, it refuses to sync. It will not routinely populate the physicians in the practice. And all records are tied directly to a schedule. In other words, you cannot access a patient chart without them being on your schedule. This is a colossal waste of time and needs serious under the hood improvements to make it useable.

  • Don’t waste your time

    I have been trying to use this for 4 months. During that time it has functioned a few days at best. The app does not pull up patients on the schedule and the photo app does not work. If you need a mobile app or the ability to document with photos do not use nextgen. There are plenty of good ehrs out there that have this capacity but nextgen is unwilling to put in the time and money to support these basic features. Terrible!

  • Poor technical support

    When our group purchased Entrada a team of 8 people came out to assist us in set up. Now that we have it there is no longer a way to talk to a human being to trouble shoot. You are forced to email a help desk. This is completely impractical when for example new patients aren’t populating in your app during a busy clinic and you need technical assistance right away. Unacceptable.

  • Makes me feel like a doctor again

    I really like this app. I have used Dragon Medical with my EHR in the past, but I feel that this is better.

    Being able to dictate the visit into your smart phone changes the way that you see the patient. Even though I still have a computer with the EHR in the exam room, I no longer need to use it for data input, which means I no longer feel like a glorified data clerk. Instead, I can use the computer/EHR to find information, share it with the patient if needed, and then summarize my thoughts and do all the charting immediately after the visit when I dictate into my iPhone.

    It also has the advantage of giving me 24/7 access to my schedule and to patient charts. It also makes it easy to snap a photo of a clinical finding during the encounter and add it to the patient’s chart. And I can securely message other providers using the app. I haven’t used the remote scribe feature.

  • Horrible app

    It's all show and no go. Complete garbage of an app that has a sync error more times than it works. Very disappointed!
  • Anything else is better

    Clunky, slow, and doesn't sync well. The earlier version before the updates was much better.
