Awesome workout . I don't get bored or insanely tired because it's interval training .I repeat - You will not get bored ! I can never seem to stick to exercise plans - but I have stuck to this program and am LOVING it! Do yourself and your body a favor and try this out !
Wonderful app
I feel the burn in my legs! Although I cannot catch up to the simulator as it is going way too fast for me to catch up. Nevertheless it is a very handy app.

Started feeling it was doing something from the first session, would be useful to have a single menu somewhere where can edit all of the exercises you don't wish to do, rather than having to edit individual categories (I live above people who like quite so can't do things like run on the spot or jumps)

A perfect workout app!
This has got to be the best exercise coaching app available! Options for all exercise abilities, and you can scroll through the workout before starting and get a talk through of each exercise if you're unfamiliar with them. It records your workouts and gives an estimated calorie burn. I downloaded this today and have done two workouts with the radio playing in the background and time flew by. A perfect blend of working out and technology - get it whilst it's still free you won't regret it!

Plays up!!!!!!
Does not work very well, music plays randomly and when I press to get off the app it keeps talking!

Really good app get it whilst it's free you can customise everything including what equipment you've got which tailors your work out (I only had a chair so don't worry) its genuinely really good

I'm not sure why the reviewer below says you have to log inβ¦. i just pressed 'No thanks' and the app work greats. You can login if you want to track workouts online, but you're not forced toβ¦ chill!
Perfect for anyone!
I share this app with my husband. He's the crazy fitness type and says the advanced really pushes him. I'm feeling just fine with the beginner because I'm using it to supplement my run training. I may give intermediate a try after my race. Really interesting program, never boring. Lots of changes from upper to lower body, so use when you think you can't take anymore, she switches to another body part so you can keep your heart rate up while your muscles recover.
