No audio on mobile
No audio for mobile app. After going to their support page it basically amounted to advising me to make sure my audio was turned up. Duh! I have a better idea. How about fixing the issue so your app works properly?Possum Joe
Very poor sound quality
Audio would drop every 30 seconds throughout the five minutes I was in. I had to drop the app and come back to my computer. Not really user friendly or mobile enabled.BoRokay
Unusable
Every time using this app it crashes. Every Time. The sound goes out also. Some of my webinars use this site. Wow! Needs overhaul NOW.Donaldu
Customer service says don’t use app
Terrible app on phone and pad. Advice from customer service is to login from the computer since the app doesn’t work. What a waste of energy trying to get help from this company. I’d give this 0 stars if that were possible.504series27
Please fix this...
I use your service every morning to attend an investors chat room and today I noticed that the link included a Mobile version application. I clicked it and dowloaded this app to find that every few minutes it crashed. The speed, performance and clarity of the speaker was great but the crashing issues got old really quick. Please fix the application because I’m many of us would love to use it in mobile environment.Show lessBrugalMiami
Crashes!!!
I made the mistake of hitting the settings wheel and went to change my font size on the chat box when the app crashed. It froze up and would not exit settings box. I uninstalled and reinstalled it. But with all the problems everyone else is having with this bugged out app I won’t be using the Settings.

Unusable
delayed, erratic audio output makes this app unusable. The monotony of garbled audio is interrupted by the app crashing. Restarted device many times, force-close and relaunched app many times without any improvement.Insta Annoyed
Crashes all the time
One of the worst apps out there. Crashes and not many options to customize. Hard to log in tooNew Wave Music
Good customer support after issues
App is unusable. App constantly crashes within one minute of use. I uninstalled and reinstalled but issue remains. Many others Have commented here but developers have not addressed the issues.
Above was my original complaint however when I contacted the developer they responded quickly and stayed in touch until my issue was resolved. I was pleasantly surprised by their service. Lesson here is don't just leave bad reviews. Communicate with developers and you may be pleasantly surprised also.Show lessbrofoxx
Run Away! App crashes every few minutes
The interface is fine, though it lacks the ability to send private messages to the host. That ability is available in the web version for Macs.
Sound drops out on a regular basis in addition to the frequent crashes. Webinato knows of the issues and a 'fix is in the works'. No info on when it will be available.
