Good app but zero support
The app itself is fine and has most of the functionality I want. But if you ever have an issue there is no way to get help. The only form of support is a Discord, where they copy paste the same responses at you. If your question doesn’t easily fit one of the pre written responses you just get ignored. New icon submissions take months to add, if they ever get implemented. There’s also been a data loss bug with imports that has been open for months with zero response, which is very worrying.
Edit: Despite the contact offer in the developer response, I still have not been able to reach anyone. All the issues above are still true.

Nice but a desktop presence would be 5th star
Easy to use and neatly organized. BUT….if your phone gets lost damaged or stolen you cannot access your tokens until you get a new phone, assuming you can without your 2FA app, because there is no desktop or online token creation ability (just like the rest of these apps now that Authy dropped desktop token creation support)

Great app, one privacy issue
Went into the about section of in app settings so I could get the link to write a positive review, and saw the "send anonymous crash reports" setting was hidden here. It's very unusual for the "about" section of an app to have any actual settings, this feels intentional so the setting is missed and left on by default. Whilst the data policy for the app is otherwise good, in comparison to other 2FA apps, this is disappointing and if unintentional would recommend the developer move the setting somewhere more transparent. Will update my review if this happens!

Hi! Thank you for the feedback. The anonymous crash reports in our app are opt-in and are disabled by default, so it is in an unusual place so that people who don't want to share anything wouldn't have to think about it and those who want to help us with the analytics will find it.
