Totally took my money and Apple won’t help me
Thinking this was a mistake as this app has always been free I submitted my request to Apple and they denied my refund.
Do not get this app, the way they make you pay for annual fee from the free app is sneaky and if you are rushing you may sign up for 12 months by accident, which I did.
I just assumed there would be a policy for these type tactics that the developers carry out on these sites.
But no I am out of $66, and left with a product I don’t need and cannot use.
I wonder how the ACCC fall on this, once Apple say no the refund it is final, the developer can’t get involved.
Sour taste left in my mouth every time I use the App Store.
Happy to remove this feedback once I get a full ref mind for this app.
