Totally took my money and Apple won’t help me

I accidentally went for the free app instead of the Authenticator and without warning I was given an annual fee to pay for the app.

Thinking this was a mistake as this app has always been free I submitted my request to Apple and they denied my refund.

Do not get this app, the way they make you pay for annual fee from the free app is sneaky and if you are rushing you may sign up for 12 months by accident, which I did.

I just assumed there would be a policy for these type tactics that the developers carry out on these sites.

But no I am out of $66, and left with a product I don’t need and cannot use.

I wonder how the ACCC fall on this, once Apple say no the refund it is final, the developer can’t get involved.

Sour taste left in my mouth every time I use the App Store.

Happy to remove this feedback once I get a full ref mind for this app.

Phone change and lost of authentication codes

I switched phones, logged into the app. And none of my accounts were there. Just blank. A very big inconvenience.

Cant get access to my old vault

I had 2FA on a discord account but I deleted the app. Now that I have redownloaded the app to get access to my account again it won’t give me access to my 2FA code, saying I have to pay premium which is ridiculous, I should still have access to my account regardless of whether I deleted the app or not

Extremely disappointed

I was offered a 3 days free trial before the start of the subscription but was immediately charged for the full year! I am extremely disappointed with the service and requested a full refund from Apple.
