Can’t find courses
I like that I can take pictures and save my own courses. But I can never search any other courses. All I can find are the ones I made and saved. It’s very frustrating. I type in the search the show and literally nothing pops up. No spinning anything that looks like it’s thinking. No course at all. I can’t actually see any courses other than the one I made. And it didn’t even save the picture I took. Disappointing.Thehkts
Stops working half way through course!
I love this app and have used it since 2018. I’ve never had any problems with it until recently…half way through my course I’ll go to take a picture of a fence and the screen will go white! The app then will not work and I end up having to delete the unfinished course and not use the app. It’s a bummer!mads n dice

Love this app, I purchased in 2017 and use it regularly BUT as of 2022 every time I try to log on to record I have to repurchase then go thru the hassle of getting a refund. Has happened all summer. A huge glitch that needs to be fixed.DixeyRoo

This is not normal. Please contact us directly so we can help you. Make sure to use the same Apple ID as the initial purchase. This may be some issue with the App Store. We do not have any control over billing and payments.Ok but cumbersome
The app idea is great.
Relying on Google maps or satellite is problematic because the course and its environment change much faster than Google updates their imaging.
Also, downloading maps could be less cumbersome if you could ask for all maps from an event at the same time. Then you would be less likely to download Prelim from the Spring when you need the Fall map.FrownyGAMER

We are sorry to hear that the Google Maps sattelite background is not helpful. We also provide the Bing Maps sattelite background. We are not aware of any other sources with better imagery. We will work on improving the search and download of courses by adding date ranges. Thank you for your feedback.3/5

After i was done recording my course and when i hit the save button it added 8000m to the course i just walked messing up my minute markers and times. I hope they fix this. Good app otherwise.horsejumper97

We haven't experienced this problem. However, you can use the eraser feature to undo the last recorded points.Disappointed
This is the first app I've ever purchased (after owning a smart phone for 8 years!) My first course walk didn't save. I figured it was a glitch since the Internet was kind of shoddy in that area. The next horse trial I tried it again and this area happens to have good internet. I ran into the same issue. Very disappointed.Eventing137
