I paid to purchase this app along with the USDF TestPro. l back in 2021. It was a significant amount of money for the two together, and it worked perfectly at the time of purchase. The USDF version remains free, but recently realized that now I have to pay a subscription fee to access the USEA TestPro tests, AFTER I have already paid to purchase the app!!! What an unbelievable way to steal from people who have already paid for this product. I went on to the website to contact the company, and there is NO contact information available. I would leave a 0 star review if it was an option… what an absolute RIP OFF.

I'm sorry you feel this way, it's just not possible to keep updating TestPro indefinitely for a one-off purchase, given the size of the market. We moved to a subscription model for both USDF and USEA after careful consideration (the USDF app is also subscription, not free), TestPro wouldn't exist otherwise.
We kept the subscription charges to the absolute minimum (less than the price of one cup of coffee a month), and introduced a monthly charge for flexibility (many of our users stop subscribing when they are not competing).
The web site does give our e-mail address, but the main way of contacting us is within the app itself (the Contact Us option on the (i) menu), we added it directly into the app to make it easy to contact us.
