What’s new in version 3.8.3? DPMobile’s newest release features the following corrections to ensure ease of use: • Using your phone’s camera to upload a donor image will work seamlessly • DPMobile will show the correct donor status in the Donor Profile • Gifts processed through DPMobile will create a gift entry in the gateway and in DonorPerfect • When you click save to create a contact transaction, DPMobile will create one contact record.

Important corrections have been made to ensure the Donor Profile is a reliable source of donor information. • User IDs that contain a period can successfully view the Donor Profile. • Making edits to other phone number fields will not override the mobile phone number field from displaying in the Donor Profile.

What’s new in version 3.6? • Some payments may require cardholder info (i.e. zip/postal code) while processing. • Contact Notes are even easier to add than ever, just copy and paste right into the notes field, or even dictate your notes.

Click the Options button. • Added a new Options button in the Donors By Image report to increase/decrease the number of donor images displayed and change how they are sorted. • The Gifts Defaults are now even easier to use as the fields available will adopt the field prompts you set in DonorPerfect.
