Dear User! From our side we should admit, that all old free pricing plans within our service (including "Online (archived)" plan which was available on older accounts with "For Home" pricing plans line) are gradually disabled in Ivideon due to changed billing policy of our company. We understand your point of view but it's impossible to restore free pricing plan for your account anyhow (neither from our techsupport side nor by our colleagues from other departments), these changes cannot be reversed. However, you can activate "Online", "Cloud 3" and "Cloud 7" pricing plans on your camera with huge discount, after this cost of the stated plans will become standard (discount will be disabled automatically). At the moment any paid pricing plan is required to get remote access to your camera via service. Please note that in case you have any questions on Ivideon Service usage, please feel free to contact us via the mobile app (Main Menu-Contact us) or e-mail at support@ivideon.com.

Dear Sir/Madam, we apologise for the inconvenience. You can set up the pricing plan for the camera in your Personal account on the website. Once you log in to the Personal account on the website (with the same credentials you use to log into the mobile app), you'll see the necessary settings straight away. Should you still need detailed instructions on how to configure the subscription plan, please contact us via the app (Menu → Help → Contact us) or via e-mail at support@ivideon.com.
