Cameras constantly don’t work

The cameras in my kids’ room is constantly not visible on the app despite it being connected to WiFi and plugged in. The lights on the cameras are on. It’s been about 2 years of this camera not operating as it should, which presents a security risk for my babies who can’t talk. This is the reason why I got the cameras so I can check on them and the person who looks after them. But I can’t. My money is going in the trash. I will be going to another company at the end of this term. It’s ridiculous that I’ve been paying for the service of 3 cameras and 1 has always given me issues. My money is going in the trash. Try another company if you truly need to see what’s on the cameras.

Worked great until yesterday

I have had this app and cameras for several years and they have been good and working well. Then yesterday the app will load the camera image then close immediately. This app listing here for Ivideon says there was a version update of the app and likely this is the problem. Please fix this. It is soo annoying and frustrating to have the app close every time I try to view it.

BEWARE

BEWARE! I have used this app for 3-4 years… Never had problems till their recent changes to charge for the use of your cameras… I don’t like cloud storage so I never used any storage at all… Then they decide to give you the choice to get charged for the same service or get charged to upgrade. Very disappointed and will no longer use their app unless they change it back. They also said I have until May 2024 but the cameras are already cut off. All part of the digital prison. Also, the cameras I bought for this app were very expensive. Now they are useless.

From our side we should admit, that all old free pricing plans within our service (including "Online (archived)" plan which was available on older accounts with "For Home" pricing plans line) are gradually disabled in Ivideon due to changed billing policy of our company. We understand your point of view but it's impossible to restore free pricing plan for your account anyhow (neither from our techsupport side nor by our colleagues from other departments), these changes cannot be reversed. However, you can activate "Online", "Cloud 3" and "Cloud 7" pricing plans on your camera with huge discount, after this cost of the stated plans will become standard (discount will be disabled automatically). At the moment any paid pricing plan is required to get remote access to your camera via service. Please note that in case you have any questions on Ivideon Service usage, please feel free to contact us via the mobile app (Main Menu-Contact us) or e-mail at support@ivideon.com.

Free version works nicely and support very quick and helpful for any questions.

A fantastic product with excellent service

Responsive to all my requests for assistance setting up video streams. Easy to install for people with some knowledge of ip video. Extremely accommodating with my rate plan change requests as I explored the various options provided.

Won’t work

The app has set up the camera but k can’t actually see the camera footage as it says my mobile app won’t allow a payment plan

Dear Sir/Madam, we apologise for the inconvenience. You can set up the pricing plan for the camera in your Personal account on the website. Once you log in to the Personal account on the website (with the same credentials you use to log into the mobile app), you'll see the necessary settings straight away.
