Big pluses. Doesn't need wifi or 3G to work and it's free. Has many uses. It gives direction of destination (not the road route). More useful when you are exploring a place and want to go back to some location. In big place I mail/sms coordinates and friends can reach the other after having gone far in different directions. You can save favorite location to get back to it. You can input longitude and latitude of known place to reach there or can save location to use its longitude and latitude data for road route gps etc. endless possibilities within the limits of what it promises. Especially useful for pedestrian explorers of a city/ shopping malls and for two or more people to relocate each other.
