Urgent Improvements Needed

I am compelled to provide feedback following my recent experience with your platform, which was nothing short of disastrous. As a user who relied on VoiceThread for a critical educational assignment, I found your application to be: - Unreliable: The assignment I submitted was confirmed as received, yet it was inaccessible to both myself and my professor. This failure directly impacted my academic standing.
- Frustratingly Buggy: Technical issues abound, from playback failures to submissions not appearing, which are unacceptable for a tool meant for serious educational purposes.
- User-Unfriendly: The interface and technical support failed at a crucial moment, leaving users like me stranded without recourse or timely assistance. Your platform, unfortunately, stands out as an exemplary case of everything wrong with educational technology today

Potential App Improvements/Upgrade
I believe with this app could benefit from some functional improvements/upgrades, as I stand with a list of others who most likely think the same way. The application has potential, at least through the iPad version, it can benefit from enabling split screen, PiP (picture in picture) mode, background audio after leaving application, and/or web app preference instead of being coerced to download from store. I believe this can be translated to the mobile version also, with the exception of iPad/tablet exclusive multitasking features. More times than not, I don’t always have the convenience to access my personal computer, where the desktop web interface is friendlier. When on the go, a more mobile devices such as my smartphone or tablet is preferred. With being the main platform for many professors to lecture through, it shouldn’t inconvenient to operate, which in turn, leads to a lackluster learning experience for busy modern students.Show lessTechboy135
Horrible
This app isn’t functional or easy to navigate. You have to sign in with your university every time and even then, it’s a hiccup. Doesn’t show assignments. Considering dropping my class because of it to be honest.Reviewed by Her
