It just took me 6 hours to upload a 3 minutes video, usually a minimum of half hour is required to upload anything. This is the most frustrating app I’ve ever used.Binjuiceyumyum
This is ridiculous
I see many other complaining on how there app is not updating for them as well so I know it’s not just me but this is important I have to use the app for college and not only am I not getting a response from my professor days before it’s due, this has been going on for three weeks this is ridiculous.Show lessKiller_chloe
Update issues.
I HAVE to use VoiceThread for my class and the update issues have been persisting for over 3 weeks. I used to love how easy it was to do my homework on the go, but ever since they initiated the update I can no longer access the app. Just an endless cycle of opening VoiceThread app, a prompt to update, automatic redirection to AppStore, update already downloaded, press open app, prompt to update, automatic redirection to AppStore, and so on… Very frustrating and annoying.Show lessjaelyn_ford
Update
So maybe it just me but the app telling me that I’m using an old version of the app and it won’t let me continue forwards. Okay fine, I just update the app, whoop a doo would you look at that, the stupid app now letting me update it. It don’t even give me an option to update it. Please helpfhjajmk
Prompted to Update, but Update Doesn’t Work
I generally love using VoiceThread, and I like using it on my iPad Pro. The for the last week, though, I continue to be prompted to update the app, even though I have already updated it. When I go to the App Store, it correctly indicates that voice thread should be ready to open. When I touch open, though, it takes me right back to the page that tells me I need to update VoiceThread. I’ve been stuck in this loop, and it’s incredibly frustrating. It’s a great app, but if I can’t get it to work, then it’s worth nothing to me.Show lessRadioDial
Update not recognized on app keep saying to update.
It was working, albeit slow to load; there’s some odd connection issue with iPhone Blackboard app to VoiceThread app. So I switched to an iPad. Then it stopped in the middle of a VT to the reload circle of death and then to a message about updating.. well according to this the update version 4.6.0, it occurred a week ago. I’ve used this app since, nothing unusual besides it not connecting seamlessly from app to app. VoiceThread app (on iPad) keeps telling me to update and AppStore says I already have. The version is running on an iPad Air gen 5 with an up to date OS 16.3.1… the iPad mini 6 also with iPad OS 16.3.1 is able to run VT.. as well as the iPhone. All up to date OS. Annoying. I’ve also removed and redownloaded. Still nothing. This is not an iPad issue, already ruled that out!Show lessamurpher

This app doesnt work. I constantly am logged out, nothing loads, I was hit with a fatal error message when trying to submit my workBirdy bird peter griffin

Why my school thought this app would be a good idea is beyond me. It’s temperamental on a good day. Now it won’t open at all. I get a message that it needs to be updated but after DAYS of trying, it seems that an update is not available.

Have to use for college assignments and I have difficulty every single time I use it. Logging in, uploading anything, even submitting is made virtually impossible. If I could give it 0 stars I would.Jennystar8
