Meal service fine; app doesn’t work
The actual food service is fine. The app does not work. Today I can’t add any money to my balance to actually order any lunches - and the calendar to order is also blank. The app is useless.Ms. S. Sterling
Cannot use, keep crushing
It has been like this for several months! When you open it immediately it will crush restart and crush again, loop. How can they never fix this for such a long time!
Also their lunch pricing is ridiculous: a slice of pizza or a bagel cost $7.15!Freyja212

I’ve had to delete and reload this app multiple times. The account shows up incomplete. I can see how much money I have but when I go to choose a meal for a particular day using the calendar, the next page doesn’t show the calendar. My daughter has missed several lunches because when it was an opportune time for me to order her lunch, the app wasn’t working. Usssh so annoying. Wish we had another choice. I have to use the website. Can’t order as the order screen is not coming up and i do not see the menu options. Unable to reload as well. The reload button is below the viewable screen I am unable to click it.fefferfiferfeff
Never works
I have to delete and reinstall the app everytime I want to place an order. In that amount of time, I can make a lunch. Save your time and your money!3917mom

3917mom, I'm sorry to hear you've had such a bad experience with our app recently. We are aware of an issue with the prior release that caused these kinds of problems for certain customers. A version that is now available in the app store (version 4.0.28) should resolve that issue. I see from your review that you had the (buggy) 4.0.27 version installed. If you'd like to give us another chance, please try downloading the latest version of our app and see if you continue to have issues. Update my review.
The App works now after I deleted it and redownload it from the App Store.
I got my refund for the weekly plan as well because the engineer looked into the case and noticed there was indeed a bug in my software version. I appreciate their dedication.
So happy now. Finally, my kids can order their favorite meals again.

I got charged for the weekly meal plan on Friday. And I went to order lunches for the following week. The “Order Lunch” was working in the App - No menu showed up. I tried a couple of times over the weekend. Log out and in, turned on and off my phone, and tried a few times, and the App still gives no response. I took screen shorts and contacted the customer service over the weekend. The solution customer service offered on Monday was just log out and log back in. I figured I missed Monday meal, too late for Tuesday meal and the issue was still not addressed, I should cancel the week and get a full refund SINCE I CANNOT ORDER AND I DID NOT ORDER AND IT DOESNT SEEM LIKE I WILL BE ABLE TOO. But the Customer service says no refund! And for the days I didn’t order consider I SKIPPED and they will be paid out by the end of the year?????? This is not acceptable!Show lessDZJW
Can’t use with large font
Very difficult to use the app when your font size is larger. I have to only use computer because so much I can’t do on the app. 👎🏼MamaYoly

The app is hit or miss. It either works to order lunch or the menu disappears. It’s always been pretty buggy in general, but this latest version doesn’t even work. You need to go to the website to order.JaclynGiuls
