However, in this case, we needed to ensure all customers were using the new app, because the old app did not support the new meal plan features that were released in this school year. The app is not stable and confusing
Major bugs found in this app. It may keep asking you to enter personal data for a few times and repeatedly prompt you to type in credit card info. And, it requires an amount of deposit that is not reasonable. Use it carefully.Kknet3119
Not enough functionality
I was trying to review what I ordered for my son today and when I tapped on the thumbnail, an error came up saying that it’s too late to cancel the lunch. I don’t want to cancel the lunch, I just want to see lunch details. There are other reasons why people want to tap into the day’s meal. This app is pretty easy to use. The latest update is causing it to constantly crash. Delete the app and data, download again and you’ll be back indodgyJim73
Getting worse and worse
Starting 2021, Choicelunch sets a deadline 3 days before even if you subscribe to meal plan. No emergency meal is available. What is worse is that it would inconveniently freeze your account claiming that your school no longer uses the service while it is not true. Your child ends up hungry on school while school choice needs 24 to 72 hours to respond. The whole weeks meal fee are up to nothing and you have to figure out how to Dr liver lunch to your child. We are busy working parents! This service is poor.Show less萧葑
