Can’t get rid of ad
Was a good app but recent update puts an ad that I can’t get rid of and now I can’t use it at all. Need to fix

Annoying Ads
This app is plagued by intrusive ads that don't go away and force you to click on them when all you want to do is figure out your destination. It's the worst app ever! You need to restart the app at least five or six times just to get enough clicks in to even start planning your trip. Clicking on the ads doesn’t help, as it just redirects you to a new app while the original ad remains. Even when you decide to give in and pay for the yearly subscription because they’ve essentially held you hostage, ads still pop up as you try to pay, causing you to restart the app another three or four times. Unbelievable. I've never seen an app use such deceitful, dishonest, manipulative, and just plain annoying ads.

App has ads that don’t go away and force you click on them when all you want to do is figure out how to get to your destination
A useful app but…..
Useful for getting around the city but many ads appear without any way to close them off. So it forces you to click and follow to the ad. Even when you return to the app, the ad is still there so you have to close the app and try again. Sometimes the ads have a cross to close them and sometimes they don’t so it is hit and miss whether you can use the app or not. Needs dealing with. Used to be a great app until the need to make revenue this way was implemented.

The ads are out of control. I never really complain about free apps, but the amount of ads is just unacceptable.
App ruined by broken ads
Used to be great, but now the app is infested by ads that can't even be closed. Even if you click on it and get sent to the link, once you go back the ad will still be there making the app unusable. Shame.
TikTok download page cannot be dismissed
OK, I get that apps like this gotta make money to survive, so the almost impossible to find ‘X’ was still bearable to me until the pop-ups of TikTok ads in a white background which is, in no way, dismissible. Please make the app, at least, functional, while you have the product in the market.
App unusable
I used to use this app frequently. Now I can’t find a way to get past the advertising which is all in Chinese. I have now idea how to navigate to the actual subway maps. It’s really a pity. It was great before but I can’t read Chinese
