Can’t pay a bill

Everytime I try to pay a bill with a valid card, it says “The transaction was unsuccessful”. Very annoying. I shouldn’t have to visit Sunrise in person to pay my bills and get an extra fee because of that.

To difficult to figure out how to pay a bill.

I was told first 2 months free but now I have invoices for chf300!

Too many unsolicited ads

I keep getting ads even though I have requested not to. They need to do a better job respecting their customers or they will leave.

App is dead

App opens but screens stays blank. iOS is up to date but the app isn’t.

Sunrise app appears only interested in selling products and not resolving tech problems

No recourse to an actual solution, a real person , or information related to the technical disruption of service.

Had issues the first time downloading the app

At the beginning I couldn’t open the app as it would launch and only show a white screen - I deleted and reinstalled twice and then it worked!
