I never know if I’ll get a login
This client seems to break regularly. The current issue is it try’s to login and it won’t let me type a domain, but also won’t find one when connecting, so it gives an error that not all fields are filled in.

Connects but won’t load
Ever since they came out with the newest update for the app it will say connected but the page won’t load. Not helpful when your trying to run a building as a facilities manager. The previous version worked fine anytime I needed it. They need to update their software so it’s compatible with iOS 16.2.

Doesn’t work again
SonicWall has mastered the art of offshoring and blaming all other technology for its own shortcomings. They are doing some new, great things such as allowing you to program a device from an iPhone but they persist in not beta testing products well and letting customers point out the bugs.
Still Cannot Connect in iPad
I’ve updated to the latest version but it still does not load a domain so does not connect on my iPad

I’m adjusting my review as the issue with 16.1 appears to have been Apple’s fault - this works after installing 16.1.1
iOS 16.1 DOES connect
I've used this SonicWall app for many years. After updating to 16.1 I cannot connect. Meaning I have to get to my laptop or go into the office when I get a support call! I'm going to have to replace the VPN hardware at my clients if this doesn't get resolved soon. They will not be pleased when I get them the bill.

Slow iOS16 support but solid again
Edit to below: November 9 update has resolved the issue. I’d still recommend the developers track issues for headsup during the final August beta’s (that’s the whole idea)… it bears the burden, unlike many other apps, as being a mission critical business app, and a client for tens of thousands of dollars of hardware and software… so my expectations run a little higher than it feels like Sonicwall put in here.
But apart from that, it’s a solid app that gets full marks for functionality, logging and debugging. I appreciate the policy controls for passwords.

Finally updated for iOS 16
This app has worked great for years, but they seem really slow to update it. iOS 16 broke the previous version. Had to wait weeks for a fix. Now works fine again.
Does not work with iOS 16.1
Updated to this iOS and now can not connect to my network. It is a known issue they are working on with no resolution currently.
Will not work with iOS 16.1.
I am sure I am not the only one without access to their company VPN after updating to iOS 16. Please address this issue ASAP.
