Worst customer service ever
I booked a car with the app, and it was clearly mentioned it’s an unlimited mileage car
At the time of picking up the vehicle the agent told me I can only drive 200KM//124mile a day
Customer service advice me to cancel the booking, also promised it’s gonna be free cancellation but later charged me 50 $
Following up with them for more than month and nothing happened
