    Although the iPhone version can be used on an IPad it would be great to have an iPad version that can leverage the screen space and landscape views to provide more information without having to traverse existing menu/workflows to get the information you need. Thanks.

  • Great Except Log In Trouble

    Love the app overall but REALLY wish they would get the log in working better. It is very annoying that the facial recognition doesn't work very often nor will it won’t save my log in info even though I check the box to do so! I get locked out of my account far too frequently trying to log in.

    The app is slow to show pending payments or debits. I don’t like that some things take SO LONG to post.

    Been with this bank for a long time, it’s the only one I will ever bank with. They are very on spot and very helpful.
  • Decent app with annoying problems

    Overall the app has an easy to use, streamlined feel. The fingerprint recognition is terrible though, always makes me put in my password regardless. Also, the Zelle money transfer system is not great, it forces the recipient to get Zelle software and allow them to track your phone usage
  • Southern Bank Customer Service

    I bank at the Southwest Dr. branch in Jonesboro and they are the friendliest, most helpful group. Mr. Paul Cossey is just wonderful. They always greet you with a smile and I can’t imagine banking anywhere else.

    App worked fine for years until now. Now app won’t start. Only gets a “Loading failed. The operation could not be completed. Retry error.

    Followed instructions from bank on the usual delete app turn phone off download app but same results.

  • On line banking

    I appreciate online banking. The app is comparable to the other banks that I have dealt with. My only complaint is not pertaining to the app but rather the payment date. Previously I was able to set the payment date a few days away from the transaction date. Now it is set too far in advance unless I pay a fee. In the future I will research other banks policies and if I find one that sets payment dates within a few days after the transaction without additional fees, I will change banks. I do receive exceptional service from the West Plains staff however I deal more with online banking rather than in person.
