App info not the same as WTOL11
Just watched WTOL11 weather forecast on TV and it’s not the same forecast info on the app. Now, I realize with the civic-19 going on that some things might change, but c’mon people! Let’s take the appropriate action to keep the app info “current” or what would be the point of having this weather app...right???Show lessAppGuyyyy

I believe the app also needs an update. Too many times I need the app and it will not fill in. Becoming very disappointed.Irish 143
Won’t open
I have loved having this app for years however, it hasn’t worked at all for several days now. Absolutely won’t open. It does this several times a year, so I think it must need an update.blouise76
Garbage
App is garbage. Radar is inconsistent and not accurate. Constant ads and alerts about nothing. It gets really annoying when you are trying to look at their crappy radar and a carpet ad kicks in. You always have to watch their videos to get updates and it crashes regularly.LBJ1215
App took a step backward
This new update needs another update. Upon opening, it says it is raining when it is actually sunny(one of the fees times we have had sun the last few weeks). Just had a heavy storm and radar was showing nothingsauder84
App has gotten worse
I have always relied on this app and the First Alert Weather Team, but the app is not nearly as good as it used to be. I hate to say this, but 13 ABC, WTVG’s weather app is now a lot better. They give you the next 6 hours of weather, not 4 hours like your app does. Their radar screen display is larger, they have a closing section and seems to be better organized, even though both apps appear to be designed by the same people. Please go back to your old version and update it, so you are back to being the weather leader you and your app used to be.Show less194922
Lost current conditions
I was very happy with the app but suddenly I have lost access to current conditions like current temp, wind chill, humidity. What has changed and why have they been removed?Kpapa2000

Annoying alerts
I only want to receive severe alerts I have alerts turned off for every other thing and I constantly get alerts telling me that you’ll need sunglasses or some other garbage like that I don’t want those annoying alerts. If these don’t stop I’m going to have to delete the app.Cbellop
