My daughter loves the Signing Time products so this is great for her. The only thing I have found so far that is not working is that I can't seem to get my purchased videos to restore on my other devices that have the app on it as well. It shows that I need to purchase again which is not the case with other apps.Show lessAeljello

Kinyanku loves this app
He is 4 yrs old; has Down's syndrome and has been using this App for the last year. His potty training is showing improvement, he loves the videos and loves the fact that he can call Rachel. It would be nice if there was a way to add more videos to this app so we could have all of our SigningTimes shows under 1 App Kinyanku loves to watch the videos while waiting on the potty I would recommend this to anyone working on the potty training the kiddos love it.Show lessDakotaMomx6
Love it!!!
We are big fans of all the Signing Time products. We've never had a problem with no sound and if you have to restore the videos you are not recharged for them. The only thing we don't like is that the background song plays throughout the videos.NDRiddle
Amazing app if your kids love Rachel
My only complaint is that I purchased at least 3 songs before the current update and now they won't restore. We love the new books with the update. But I paid for those videos :( please help!!!
Update: I was able to "buy" them again without being charged. I was directed to the proper FAQ page by iTunes help. Though if anyone can figure why I have to keep downloading each time that would make my two year old happier.Show less123lilMonkeys

Fantastic app just a shame it's only available on the iPad as would have helped a lot of my friends but they do not have iPhones etc. my sone was trained in a couple of months with the help of this and I'm starting my second son now.S. Ord

This app was fantastic. But now with the new ipad update, all the videos I purchased in app (which was a small fortune in the world of app purchases) have disappeared and I can not get them back. I have tried re purchasing them, restoring, deleting app, reinstalling, restore/repurchase, restarting the ipad etc. I give up. I am very upset I spent all the money on the videos and they won't play. On top of that I have a two year old throwing temper tantrums and crying because the videos won't play. She used to love to watch them while on the potty.

After weeks of struggling with accidents this app got my son interested in potty training & has now been dry for months. He loved receiving the success call from Rachael & we still sing the catchy songs! Also recommended to friends & they have had the same amazing results! Thank You Potty Time!!CAF83
