Changes
The only problem I have is that when you transfer money from one account to another, the changes don’t reflect unless I log off and log back in. I also miss being able to see canceled checks typing in a check number to see if it cleared and ordering checks through this program.mlvav

New app doesn’t work as well as the old one.
I am constantly having troubles with the new app, always getting logged off and can’t get in to the account. Doesn’t recognize my Touch ID all the time. Never had these problems with the old app.tburns28
Confusing and Poor UI
The new features are nice but the UI can be confusing at times resulting in moving money to the wrong accounts. Some of the menus are unintuitive. Also, transactions do not process quickly like they did in the old app.Xanxer

New Features
I definitely agree with the other review. You can get in the first time, but when you try to log in again, it won’t let you. You will have to start all over again. Hopefully FFCU will get it right. I love the old features.Ms. 12345
HORRIBLE APP
Keeps freezing and very slow loading.....innovation and enhancement should equal improvement not disappointment. Revert back to the previous app.....much better!Queen Darlene
Great new features
I love being able to see all my linked accounts without having to log in to them separately! Very simple to hide and categorize with the color codes. Just like any update, initially it can take a few times to adjust to the change but I’m already able to use it quickly and easily.Mccormar

Why would they change such a user friendly mobile and online banking platform? It’s too small and hard to navigate. It makes me nervous to use and I hate it.Prision Mike
