  • Bill pay has loaded since the update

    I am very disappointed in this app overall. There are some additional features in the new app, but the overall functionality of it is very clunky and Bill pay has never worked. I contacted support on Tuesday and was told it would be fixed by 10 am that day. It is Thursday evening and Bill pay still doesn’t work.

  • Nice new features in the app, but some security flaws & bugs

    I appreciate some of the new features, but (1) external accounts don’t seem to work when 2fa is enabled on those accounts. They work when initially setup, but when you logout of FFFCU & login again, these accounts show a login error. Maybe I need to reconfigure my external accounts but info in the app about this would be helpful.

    More importantly (2) the app does not log out automatically after a certain period of time & (3) when backgrounded the app snapshot is not blurred or obscured in any way, so all details (balances, etc.) are visible in the app switcher.

    I look forward to an urgent security update to address 2 & 3, and the many bug fixes and feature improvements to come in further updates so I can increase this rating to 5 stars. I do see the potential in this new app.

  • Frustratingly with some undesirable changes

    It takes too long to load because it presents too much information initially. It also makes all linked account balances visible when before my balances were not visible to my husband (and vice versa!!). It was confusing enough for my husband before but at least he knew that ‘his’ accounts were the ones for which he could see the balances...

  • Terrible

    Don’t fix something if it isn’t broken. This became a horrible app overnight. Hard to navigate, transfer menu doesn’t seem to work easily. Have to log out to erase previous transfer and move in to the next one. Not happy.
  • iPad is bad

    Cannot stand that IPad only displays in landscape mode. Please fix this. Definitely better account management options, but doesn’t appear to have been sufficiently tested prior to deployment.
  • Having a hard time moving from one screen to another

    This app is not good at all. It appears to get stuck on one screen. I hope this is because it’s new and that the kinks are worked out very soon.
  • New update

    Immediately froze on me so now I can’t see any of my banking info.
  • New Upgrade

    This new upgrade is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. There is no longer a drop down for multiple accounts. No bill pay. The redesign really doesn’t make since.
