Got this just for fun to help remember and learn Hawaiian words. There are definitely lots of words provided, and the brief pronunciation guide is useful (I didn't realize all words end in a vowel… so obvious, yet I never noticed).
Things that can be improved:
1. The search feature works both English --> Hawaiian and Hawaiian --> English, but it is not well set up to let you know this. To switch preferences you have to first activate the search bar. The toggle feature should be on the main screen.
2. You can only search English words and have them translated to Hawaiian; it would be better if you could search Hawaiian words as well and have the English translation appear.
I purchased the audio pack. It's useful, but pretty basic in terms of the sound. Just a computer voice. Not very smooth, but it does the trick.
