I’ve tried to order from this pharmacy and app about 40 times. It works about 2% of the time. They’re always a few hours late or cancel after making you wait all day. The management team must have zero sense of time management and are clearly incapable of making any improvements.Miiik Bram

I’ve tried all weekend to fill a prescription that many pharmacies no longer care in a certain dosage. An acne medication for a teenager. Only higher dosages available. After multiple attempts with your pharmacy chain, they sent me to one specific store that had it in stock. When I went there the clerk refused to fill it as they said the doctor’s handwriting was terrible ( a V looked like a U to him), and the patients date of birth was not on it. This was your store in Marina Vallarta. This issue was not brought up by your other store in Fluvial, nor any other pharmacy chain anywhere in Zona Romantica, Puerto Vallarta. They simply couldn’t fill it because it was not in stock. Highly frustrating to say the least as I do not live close to the Marina location. So what is it, each store has discretion if they don’t like to simply refuse service? Bad policy for your business.Show lessgrabacan

En general es buena app. Sin embargo, no tiene la opción de pago en la app para utilizar Apple Pay como método de pago. Apple Pay tiene ya más de 2 años funcionando en México y muchas apps ya lo ofrecen. Es un botón que es muy sencillo integrar en la app y ofrece una mucho mayor seguridad en el pago, ya que no hay que agregar los datos de la tarjeta directamente. Entonces, 1 estrella hasta que lo agreguen.Show lessscastelazo

No puedo agregar una dirección exacta. Porque en el mapa sale la correcta, pero en la dirección sale incorrecta. Después pongo la dirección correcta y en el mapa sale otro lugar.M. Roca

I hate this app. There is no way to contact to delivery driver. There is no way to know where the driver is or when they’ll arrive. Often they don’t show up and they don’t contact you. If you order at 9:00am it may say “in transit” for over 10 hours with no specific time or reference. How can anyone make an app and miss these simple details?Show lessDeveloper Response
