Worse than useless
There is no way to get this app to connect a phone to a Canon Legria. It would be easier and less frustrating to try and get a cinder block to wirelessly connect to a bowl of Frosted Flakes.Herr Hasselhoff

Waste of time
App will not recognize camera after many attempts. My Nikon camera app works perfect. Canon is putting out WiFi junk shame on them, will avoid their products in the future.Bobby Layne
Needs an update
Best Buy told me I can download this app and playback videos from my new Vixia HF R82 onto my iPad. After 30 minutes of trying to pair the two, I realized this app isn't compatible with the newer cameras. Hopefully you have an update soon?Sickdogg575

I bought the Canon Vixia HF R80 & I've been literally killing myself trying to connect my iPhone7 to it using the wifi feature just to find out it's not supported by this app. Only the older models are supported. Wonderful app- still lacking proper improvements
I just got a Canon XA30 and wirelessly uploaded a 30 minute video from the camcorder to my iphone 6s plus. It took awhile, but is to be expected with that size file. I've had the app ever since I had the Canon Vixia M52, Canon Vixia G30, and Mini X, and to this date the tasks do not show a percentage on the progress. It'd be a proper enhancement since it's initial release.Beardivr2002
