Latest update fixed some annoying bugs, but certain functions still don’t work for me like posting an image.

We use Vrosix company wide. It’s not displaying any messages since they upgraded. It’s very frustrating. Customer service continues to tell us to download the new app and we continue to delete and download a new app. However, nothing is working. They really need to come up with the strategic plan to ensure this app is functional for businesses.

By far the worst app for enterprise chat
Right now it hasn’t even worked on the iPhone for days. It’s always been buggy. It doesn’t display the last message from a different messenger. For instance, if one person messengered me then someone else does before I saw the first person, I would never know about the message.
It doesn’t sync from one device to another. I can only use one login.

App does not work half the time and has bugs
The app will stop sending notifications. It will log you off. The app needs work and has for over 3 years that I have paid for the service. Uninstalling today.
No Status for Contacts
The app is better than the old one, but you have no way of knowing if any of your contacts are actually online. I called Brosix tech-support and they told me that this feature has been removed and they have no plans of adding it back.
Big Step Backwards!
Can’t tell if someone is online, away or offline. This is a big deal.

I just downloaded the update and now it crashes every time I open.
Redesign
I really like the feel of the new app and appreciate the fact that you can now be signed into multiple devices at one time. However, one thing that didn’t transfer over from the previous version that was extremely helpful is being able to see if someone is online, away or busy.
