Joke of a game
Complete joke of a game. I paid $50 to play an adventure mini game and all the quests require me to do things that I can only do a few times a day making it so I have to spend even more money to make any progress. The game is full of glitches and bugs such as one that makes it completely impossible to defeat your enemies because they have insane amounts of health. The community is super toxic. And don’t even bother trying to submit a request form with deca, they will just ignore you. The game bombards you with ‘offers’ that cost hundreds of dollars that provide very little game advantage. I have been playing this game for several years and it is falling apart. I would not recommend this game to anyone

Can’t log on
I loved this game and had to stop playing due to life getting busy. I want to get back but I get a error when trying to log on. I hope someone will reach out soon. I’m not sure how to reach out so I’ll try this.
The almost had me playing again.
This game uses to be great, and I started playing it again despite the bad reviews. It was fun till after having us collect certain items to get rewards. I had just paid 50$ and got a bunch of the “badges” to use. And then without warning they changed the reward system and my dadges are useless. I won’t play this game again. What a scam !!!!!

Deca are embarrassing and their discord server isn’t far behind
Don’t bother installing. The game is a pile of ****. Any patch creates more issues because the developers are clueless. Additionally, as DECA have evolved as this games developer they have excelled at not fixing what’s broken and instead just and invent new stuff which then goes on to break other stuff. To make it better, when the stuff breaks their customer services are busier making it the players fault and so nothing really gets improved. This includes what they sell in their ‘never broken’ web shop.
Bottom line is that DECA are happy to commit criminal offences and really now ought to be banned from developing any games for anyone to play. Definitely a bunch of cynical, sneaky and mediocrity oozing morons at the helm here. Don’t install and definitely don’t reinstall.

I updated the game as requested & can’t get back into game. Only getting blue screen.
Update 22.2.4 game not working
Since updating 22.2.4 I have not been able to login to my game account. It gives me a blank blue screen.
This is very disappointing as I have been playing this game since its inception.
Please advise how to get around this new glitch as I am being disadvantaged by not being able to play.

Latest update
So I loaded latest update, 4,3,24, as asked, so now I can’t get back into the game, I only have a blank blue screen on my I-phone. I’ve been playing this game practically since it started, and since the new owners came on board it’s been nothing but gremlins every week, with ongoing issues continuously.

Game has spiraled downhill
I have been playing this game for roughly ten years and it was a great game under kabam, was good under gaea, but deca the new hbic is the worst hands down when it comes to customer support or compensation. Recently I was locked out of pvp for two days because of an error on their end and I’ve gone back and forth with them for well over a month now and never received a solution to the problem. I missed out on two trophy comps which had me place in bronze rather than silver which is where I was casually headed before their connection issues, the prize difference was so small that it wouldn’t have been a big deal to just give me the difference in chest prizes and I would have been satisfied. I gave them more than a fair chance to make things right but they refused to do so. So here we are, also they haven’t updated prizes in exploring since exploring became a thing about 6 years ago, mods run the game, deca doesn’t care about casual players, a lot of people flee worlds because they allow horrendous and awful trash talk without punishment, people have cheated and became mods after getting caught, the appointed mods in discord are of no help, grail is ALWAYS lagging and they refuse to fix that, don’t plan on getting recent gear unless you fork out $1000 or camp your life away. Hope this review is helpful to newcomers, my advice don’t play this game!
