  • Poor design won’t allow document viewing in app

This app is pretty useless. I have been granted access to several data rooms, and can access their documents using a web browser, but when attempting to do the same in the app, I get an error message, “You do not have permission to access this document.” I contacted support, and their response is that I needed a higher level of access to permit downloads. That’s rather pointless to be able to read a document on the browser, but not in the app. And the excuse that, “the document must be downloaded” suggests the permissions model is poorly designed.

  • No option to join or create account when you download app

Down loaded app following a prompt. Once downloaded, it requests you to log in. No option to join or register. Just a waste of space on my phone. If they can’t get this right, I assume the rest of the app is hopeless
  • Horrible App - great service

I love One Hub as a service. I have been using them for 10 years now.

But this app feels like it was written 10 years ago, even though it has an update last year. It has about 1% of the functionally of the desktop website and even what it is supposed to do, it often fails.

Every time I try to upload even a small
file over a fast wifi connection. I get a fail message.

But beyond that there is not much you even have the controls to do. You cannot view users of a folder, get a share link.. basically nothing except browse files and supposedly upload.

The responsive view is the site in a web browser is not much different, but still better than the app. Thought he css for it is coded poorly.

Small mobile apps can do amazingly complex
things. But the creators of this app look like they stopped innovating in 2009. When all iPhones where super tiny.

Responsive websites on small phones can also do amazing things. But the coders at one hub have not made it a priority.

Still love the service. I'll go get on my laptop now so I can actually upload this simple PDF.
