Very helpful
Update: The best upgrade ever. This app now does everything. It has a detailed JYNW with the sub questions, the list of emotions, the one belief at a time. I was happily surprised today to see this excellent update. This is worth much more than its actual cost.
Update: This is the only app that has no updates. An update is long overdue. I have noticed a bug lately. Please fix it.
All I can say is that I am glad I trusted my intuition and bought this app. When I read the negative reviews , I decided not to buy this app, and fortunately one of the reviews mentioned something about the app working better with iphones. This app is really very helpful. It's very practical and keeps you focused. I can't save my Work, but i can email it to myself. I just wish they offered the whole Judge Your Neighbor worksheet. Amazing
Loving the new update! Easier to use and very handy in everyday life when a negative thought pops in your mind. Doesn't crash and is very user friendly.Turner_piggy
Not working!
The app crashes before the work is completed. Also, you can't see the screen because the keyboard letters hide what you've typed. Please fix!Tryingtodothework
The Work

Freezing and crashing
Great app to simply do 'The Work'. However, several bugs exist. Pressing the navigation arrow fails to respond. The video plays audio only and also freezes the app once played - also froze before started playing. The app had also failed to respond when text requires entry. Hope these can be fixed as I'd like to use it more often. Update Oct/15: months after this first review and app still freezing. PLS FIX!!Show lessDoctor Marple

Crashed at first use
It's not a very sophisticated app: just goes through four questions to which one types answers and at the end there's probably a little reflective routine which again might require writing down a few words. But I didn't even get beyond answering the forth question coz the app crashed. Pretty poor for such a simple app. Already the A$2.49 are an overkill for such basic app, and on top of being overpriced it doesn't even work! Don't worry buying it! And I should really read reviews before doing purchasing because the only two that were there before I bought reported the app crashing :(.Show lessisiria
