A great app for teachers and students
This is one of the best teaching apps for the iPad. It is easy to use and whilst the final results are not going to match a screencast made in Camtasia for example, it is certainly good enough. It might also offer a fun way for students to share their work and ideas with one another - provided they have iPads of course. First rate app, and I thoroughly recommend it. Applications like this should be an essential in every educator's arsenal. This makes it easy to build up a bank of resources that can be referred to at any point in time by students - and watched over and over again till the the concept is understood. Extremely powerful stuff!Patsadise
Cool app
I really love this app. I am a driving instructor and this is the perfect tool for showing a step-by-step approach to different maneuvers.
The only thing which is time consuming is while designing the lesson, if you make an error while recording you have to start all over from scratch.

Good for writing
Educreations is the best app for writing. But needs to have the ability to restart a recording. The ability to make incremental saves. And other functions that make the recording process easier. If the developer could add more functions that make the recording process easier without slowing down the responsiveness and smoothness of the writing, then this app would easily be the best app in the app store.Show lessRowdy151

This is a great app to use in the classroom. I love that you can have multiple pages in each creation. It would be great to have a slightly bigger range of colors though. I am planning to use it with my year 1s to explain the water cycle and I am sure they will be disappointed with the lack of yellow for the sun! Overall though, a great app.Show lessColliona

This app is totally going to transform teaching everywhere. I have just begun to use it and am surprised at how easy and genius the whole thing is. My wife, who I usually show off my new apps to and is usually unimpressed with most, said it was one of the coolest apps she'd ever seen. Good app
A few things would make it better though; perhaps longer time to record lessons (maybe these can be placed under a different category), saving lessons, searching lessons, and HD support for the new iPad. Hope you guys take my advice, would make this app 5 star for me.Joshfugh
Whiteboard
I was looking for a simple whiteboard app, preferably free but willing to spend .69p if it did the simple task of choosing basic primary colour pens, setting pen tip size (thick, medium, thin) at least. The ability to store multiple boards and I'd be happy. I came across this app in my search and found that it did most of those things and more. You can record lecture presentations (your voice) and effectively create slides or animations. The samples are good to look at too and show the potential for this program as an educational tool. All good so far, but I can't seem to find the ability to set the thickness of the pen size. The default pen is a bit too thin. Looking good though, so hoping it will evolve. Doesn't need to be too complex, would be good to retain the basic functionality of simple drawing making it accessible in its simple function as a virtual whiteboard.Show lessTelephantStampede
