Terrible, so difficult to transfer money, and so difficult to contact custom service when something goes wrong. Join another bank while you can!
Trash App
The functions are still staying in 2010. You can’t do anything with yourself, if you want to change personal details you need to go to the bank. How awful and inconvenient.

身在海外打了多次長途hotline +853 88895566 連接不上！看看app有沒有功能是不用打長途電話，如live chat之類可以詢問解決問題，但沒有！建議加入功能可以透過WhatsApp call之類的客服功能，或參考CTM app 中打1000 (不用長途電話也免去長途電話接不上的問題）；另外，建議大公司提供toll free hotline。
