Terrible
Doesn’t do what it says “on the tin” it let me sign pdf’s, just asks me to download their paid app to do it! And all the time repeats asking for login and emailing security codes. This is the first time I’ve seen utter garbage from Adobe, but it is real garbage and shame in them damaging their own good name

How is this app allowed to be on the app store?
This app does not work. Not as in it’s frustrating (which it is), but as in it really simply doesn’t actually work at all. This app has not worked in so long I’d just be making up a figure but it’s been years at this point. It used to be you could circumvent by opening the e-sign on the web but apparently no more, it forces you back to this completely non-functioning app. If you think I simply don’t know what I’m doing, and that it couldn’t be what I’m saying because it’s Adobe, I completely understand. It’s shocking that a company like Adobe could put out something so embarrassingly unacceptable, but trust me, they have.

Glitchy and Simply Terrible
I sign several documents a day through this app. Always getting “Failed to retrieve signing key” errors and other transaction errors. I often have to sign the same document several times. Tapping initials is a joke as they don’t show up.
Basically, this is a terrible, glitchy, and frustrating app to use. Do not recommend. Docusign is much better.

Useless
App gets to the stage of tap to sign. You can tap until the end if time and nothing happens. Works on iPad but iPhone app is worthless. Also, no fingerprint sign in and you can only view in portrait mode (rotating phone does nothing).

Can’t actually sign an agreement!
The user interface is fine, however, there is a pretty critical flaw where in I can’t actually sign a document in the queue from the app. It is designed to do that, however, I am unable. Super frustrating because that is the primary use case for me. Everything with Adobe costs $1 billion and it is a little disappointing that this critical function is not enabled.

Would be great if the signature and image was adjustable
It is an awesome app except the Dynamic signature feature is terrible. Should have the ability to adjust the size like you can in Windows. Also the image set to 1.5 X 1.5 and can’t be adjusted is no useful for use notaries to use our digital seals. We should have more options for the size. Could be an awesome app if they can fix these two things. Won’t be using it until they do.

Re Cancellations
I have tried many times to cancel my subscription but with no answer back but yet they keep taking money from me.

I got an error message every time I tried to send a document so contacted customer support and after over an hour and 4 different people disconnecting me they decided ignoring me was the best customer service they could come up with
