Description of Dialer
Dialer works with any Plain Old Telephone System (POTS) that accepts Dual tone multi-frequency (DTMF) tones such as a standard landline phone system.
To use dialer, you hold your phone's speaker up to a telephone handset or microphone and play the tone by pressing a button or by selecting one of your saved favorites.
Store up to five favorites for easy dialing, such as calling cards, teleconference numbers, or complicated phone tree’s. Commas act as pauses during the dialing tone sequence to allow time for prompts and other delays. Simply hold up your iPhone speaker to the landline telephone's microphone or handset and press dial.
Some other devices also use DTMF tones to configure, Dialer is great for these as well. Volume is controlled by your devices volume buttons, so you can easily turn it up or down for just the right volume of your tones. Unlock Dialer Pro features such as unlimited favorites, and the ability to set the dial tone length and pause length (for commas).
**Please note that some Voice over IP (VOIP) systems can have trouble recognizing the tones, for those systems try a longer key press allowing enough time for the system to register the tone.
If you need the A, B, C, D frequency tones or access to more favorites, you can purchase the optional upgrade to our Pro features.
Dial with precision: Unlock the power of four additional expanded DTMF tones – A, B, C, and D. Whether you're interacting with automated systems, entering passwords, or accessing exclusive services, Dialer Pro has got you covered.
Save your favorites effortlessly: With Dialer Pro, you can save an unlimited number of favorites directly from the main dialer screen, ensuring quick and easy access whenever you need it.
Customize your dialing experience: Take control over tone length and pause time when dialing your favorites. Tailor your settings to match your unique requirements, ensuring seamless compatibility with any phone system.
