Ads are a problem for apps for little kids
Consider doing an inApp purchase app versus a free app with ads. Ads distract, are often inappropriate for kids, kids click on them (intentionally or not) and causes headaches for parents.
The words are interesting, but not sure why those were chosen. Better of to choose the dolch nouns.

Kids picture dictionary
Nice pictures and sentences, but sometimes are not read or written correctly especially with subject verb agreement. Probably better for words with certain letters than theme.
What happened to the recordings?
This was good to record the speech students we work with, but the next day the recording is gone. The child's head is there and the mouth is moving, but no sound comes out.
Disappointment
It has no voice just picture words. I really didn't like it .
Nice app
I really like this app. Under each letter is five or six other items that begin with that letter.i will use this app to teach beginning sounds.
No good for classroom
I get that you "have to" pay for free apps, but there's no way I would hand this to a little kid. They would be tapping away at all kinds of ads. Also, picture dictionaries are usually set up so that you get to a page of related things-- either a category or initial sound-- where you can see them all so you can find what you want to spell. You would have to be pretty lucky to want to spell zig-zag which is what comes up for Z. On the pro side I really like the pictures and clear voice and recording options. If this had a visual index and LOTS of age appropriate words ( like 500 or more) I would easily pay a buck or two for it. As is, it would probably by quite handy for an English language learner who is old enough to know not to click on ads for stuff s/he doesn't want.

Thanks
Good job.
Nice for practicing sentences too!
This has nice pictures and models for practicing sentences. I would rate it higher if there were a way to see the vocabulary choices and to choose which ones you wanted to practice. This could be a handy tool for language delayed kids.
